On August 6, 2024, the provincial final of the first Jiangsu Labor Service Brand Entrepreneurship Project Competition was successfully held in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Jiangsu Provincial Labor and Employment Management Center and Yancheng Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the final aims to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, create a good social atmosphere for brand building, income increase, development, and rural revitalization, and promote the high-quality development of labor service brands.
The competition is divided into four stages: organization registration, municipal recommendation, provincial final and award ceremony. The provincial final takes the form of "project roadshow 5 minutes + question answering 6 minutes + judges scoring 1 minute". A total of 34 labor brand entrepreneurship projects in 13 prefecture-level cities in the province participated in the competition, the pre-game draw to determine the order of the project competition, after the on-site centralized evaluation of the panel of judges, the competition site produced a total of 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 6 third prizes, Jiangsu Liming Food Group Co., LTD. "Pizhou Garlic customer - Pizhou garlic product development" project won the top three.
Labor service brand is an important starting point to help rural revitalization, drive employment and increase income, and is a key link to stabilize employment and ensure people's livelihood. Labor brand competition is an important measure to implement the decision and deployment of the provincial Party Committee on "in-depth implementation of labor brand cultivation and construction project", through which experience can be effectively promoted, innovative achievements can be displayed, and brand effect can be strengthened. 2023 Pizhou Garlic successfully selected as a provincial labor brand, the company will further improve and strengthen the Pizhou local characteristics of the labor brand, actively play the enterprise in innovation leading, driving employment, team building, economic and social benefits of the effectiveness of the work, actively fulfill social responsibilities, lead to achieve more full and higher quality employment, contribute to the revitalization of rural labor brand strength.
